Huge room with lovely balcony. Room had been decorated for our anniversary - thank you! Hotel in great location, easy walk to Pub Street etc. Floors, ceiling, lobby etc all wooden - lovely! Pool refreshing and private although not a lot of loungers if hotel busy. Breakfast varied and noodle soup particularly tasty. Staff great and keen to teach us their language! Thanks especially to Peu.

Pierre Hotel was in a fantastic location, a short walk to pub street across the river however turn back a block and you are lunching with locals.you could not fault the staff from the moment we arrived we were always greet with kindness and warm smiles. There were a couple of small issues with 2 of our rooms however this was quickly sorted without any fuss, we were on a family vacation celebrating our parents 80 & 75 birthdays, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable 10 gold stars! Thank you all to them Pierre hotel team ps the omelettes in the morning were great!!

We selected this hotel to be near down-town-Songkran-action, and we landed spot-on! Songkran or not, the hotel is so close to many restaurants; air conditioned or real street food. 7-Eleven quite near by (around 200 m I guess) Breakfast in hotel had many nice choices of Asian and Western food to select from. Nice area in front of hotel to enjoy a second cup of coffee after the main breakfast. Very polite staff in both reception and restaurant. Always helpful with good advises for day-trips (Angkor Wat/Lake Tonlé Sap, dining with Cambodian dance performance, and city tour). So kind hotel tuc-tuc-drivers, who really took care of us and informed their knowledge about sightseeing spots with great enthusiasm. The dark wood concept in the room and entire hotel was a cozy variant to live in, compared to many other modern hotels around the world.

Family of five. We extended our stay, because Siem Reap was extraordinary. The oldmarket is just 2 blocks away, tuk-tuk to old town was only 2$ and 3 minutes. We had a confusion extending our stay and the staff really made an efford to solve the problem! Really lovely and helpful staff, which was a bit much to northern people at first, but at end we understood it was their hospitality and thats just the way Combodian people are. Hotel had everything that was needed- family room (jointed 2 rooms), warm water, working air conditioner. The breakfast was over the expectations!

Loved the security and the driver right out front. He was exceptionally great for tours for $10 an hour you could book him and he would take you to the country. Take you to anchor Watts wait on you. I mean he would take you downtown to the pub Street wait on you. Honestly it was super cheap. I took grabs. It was more expensive than hiring him. I made a deal with him and he was cheap and he was with a hotel great guy.

The location is exceptional, very peaceful and beautiful next to the river and also only a 3min walk to the buzzing city centre, shops, markets and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate. They will help with anything you need and also give you local recommendations. The facilities also exceptional! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with local dishes but also some western bites.

The hotel has beautiful, old world charm: almost a colonial feel with the wood ceilings, bar, stairs, etc. It was charming and comfortable and lovely!

Pierre Hotel is a fabulous hotel, beautiful and clean room. Very good service, great staff, very friendly and the food is delicious breakfast. The incredible experience, we love everything there. The location is in the city center near Pub Street and night market. They arranged the tour for us with driver and tour guide who speaks really good English. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended place.

Location was brilliant! The food was very good with great choices for the breakfast. The staff was always very welcoming and attentive to my questions or needs. They were able to help me when needed, which I did not expect, as it was not relevant to my stay at the hotel, but they helped nonetheless.

This Hotel is nothing but excellent. Staff was better than exceptional, breakfast was delicious, room was very comfortable with a nice view of the river, and pool was great. Locations was great, with a 10 minute walk to the Pub Street and Night Market.
